I have been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years performing various tasks from origination of conforming and sub-prime loans, to servicing and managing multiple branches for a few national lenders.
My focus for the last several years has changed back to a customer focus, or, more specifically, a consumer focus when it comes to mortgage lending. I have simply developed a business plan that I strictly enforce as it is essential to the business success. In my case, our overhead is relatively low and I am in a position to offer quality, professional services that will save you money over the long run, at a reasonable price. I am also a licensed professional in the state of Texas, license #6031, Texas happens to be one of the very few states in which mortgage brokers and loan officers must be licensed which is good for the industry and very good for the consumers.
